The National Startup Incubator, a nationwide interdisciplinary incubation model, is expected to become a launching pad for technology startup projects.
The incubator was launched by the Global Vietnamese Startup, Innovation and Digital Transformation Network (HUB Network) on August 2 within the framework of Vietnam Blockchain Week - GM Vietnam 2025 in Hanoi. The incubator is designed as a multi-layered ecosystem, providing workspace or initial consulting, while building a closed journey from selection, training, in-depth consulting to connecting markets, technology and capital sources. The model focuses on technology startups, especially projects with the potential to create sustainable economic, social and environmental values.
According to Mr. Tran Quang Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union - the founder of the model, this is the first time a startup support system in Vietnam has been designed with such a comprehensive and long-term vision. "We want to change the way startups are done, from fragmented and spontaneous development to an ecosystem 'backed' by policies, technology and practical resources," he said.

Within the framework of the program, the HUB Challenge campaign was launched as a series of challenges to select and train startups in specific fields such as fintech, high-tech agriculture, green technology, artificial intelligence... Instead of just focusing on competing ideas, the campaign is designed as a screening and practical training process, thereby bringing potential groups into an in-depth incubation process.
